2. Upload it to your iPod, Phone... anything with earphones.
3. Synchronise your watch to make it accurate to the second. Here.
4. Spread the word NOW! and let your mates know you are doing it!
5. Do your 'homework' as described at the start of the MP3.
6. At 1pm exactly on Friday 26th of November press play FROM THE START OF THE BIG BEN CHIME SOUND and follow the instructions. If you dare!
